Overcoming the First Step Hurdle
In the vast ocean of possibilities that life offers, it’s not uncommon to hear someone utter, “Where do I start?” This phrase, seemingly innocuous, often masks a deeper sense of inertia or a mental block that prevents us from taking the first step towards learning something new or embarking on a project.
